This app hasn't worked correctly for over a year. tried it today getting an error message to upgrade my app. But it just gets stuck and there us no update even available. Unfortunately it doesn't show me what is in my cart and hasn'tin over a year.To complete a purchase I always have to go to the website to actually see my items once in the cart. These issues have caused me to spend much less money and time shopping for these products with VS because of the inconvenience.

I haven't been able to log in to my account for the past 3-4 months, it's ridiculous! Tried everything and nothing works, called several times to CS, no help. Cannot even view items, error messages every where. Doesn't even have my email account active or existing. My VS card is no use to me, nor is my Registered Rewards membership. I'm fed up with this site. Would like to order, but when I click on an item as a guest, can't even see the item, I get an error message. Account fix or gone.

VS has the worst apps! It was so overly complicated and impossible to log in to pay on account. The app has had so many issues it caused me to miss payments and hit my credit score because i was unable to log on Also unable to make payments w a card you must use account and routing #! This company has gone so downhill in all shapes and forms. If it wasn't my longest standing credit card, I would cancel in a heartbeat, but then it would hit my credit even more! Shame on this company.
